This 200 page workbook is designed to help you reconnect with your intuition through art-making, journaling, reflection, and playful experiments.

Every month, set intentions with guided reflection questions, and spend time on curated prompts that will help you access your own intuition through the most powerful tool we have: HUMAN CREATIVITY.

PLUS: join THE BAD ART CLUB, our creative wellness community on substack, for subscriber only chats and monthly live calls, so you don't have to transform alone :)

INSIDE YOUR WORKBOOK:

• 200 pages of creative prompts, reflection questions, and space to CREATE!
• 12 monthly themes to guide your year of creative exploration and self-discovery
• Bonus prompts and playful exercises to help you experiment, reflect, and get out of your own way
• A beautiful keepsake workbook you'll want to return to again and again, designed to help you enjoy the creative process rather than focus on the finished product, and document your expansion over the course of the year.

This book is for you if:

• You want to reconnect with your creativity, especially as a self discovery tool
• You’re interested in the connection between creativity and intuition (you are probably a little witchy)
• You want to build in more intentionality to your self care routines
• Your self care routines already include creativity, and you’re ready to double down.

• You need something to keep your hands busy so you STOP SCROLLING
• You’re ready to leave perfectionism in the dust
• Your life is changing, and you need a bit of extra support to navigate the transformation

This book is NOT for you if:

• You are unwilling to part with perfectionism
• You hate doodling, drawing, and scrapbooking
• You don’t believe in the connection between creativity and intuition
• You prefer AI generated content (NO AI HERE!!!!!)
